TreeRing Workforce Solutions has acquired PrimeTime, Inc., a payroll hr benefits business in the workforce management and time tracking space, for $56 billion. PrimeTime provides workforce management, time and attendance, and time tracking solutions that support payroll and HRIS workflows for business services customers. TreeRing Workforce Solutions acquisitions expand workforce management, payroll, and HRIS capabilities while adding PrimeTime’s customer base, support organization, and development resources. The PrimeTime acquisition is an announced add on acquisition and strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, positioning TreeRing for continued growth in enterprise integration and workforce management platforms. PrimeTime clients will continue uninterrupted service while transitioning gradually to the TreeRing Time brand with shared core product functionality.
