Moburst Acquired by Chrysalis Holdings | Business Services M&A Deal

Chrysalis Holdings has completed the acquisition of Moburst, a marketing agency business in Maryland, for $11.8M. Moburst provides digital marketing and AI-powered solutions, including performance marketing, SEO and AEO, public relations, social and creative, podcasting, and web design and development for client growth. As part of business services M&A, Chrysalis Holdings acquisitions support Moburst’s platform acquisition strategy to expand digital capabilities and accelerate AI transformation for NewDay USA, a national mortgage lender serving veterans. The private equity acquisition is announced as a platform acquisition within MD acquisitions, with an equity stake and expanded services expected to scale NewDay Home and related fintech programs.
