KSV Advisory Acquired by AlixPartners | Business Services M&A Deal

AlixPartners has agreed to acquire KSV Advisory, a business services other business in Toronto and Calgary, for an undisclosed amount. AlixPartners acquisitions expand its turnaround and restructuring services footprint in Canada through KSV Advisory, a restructuring advisory boutique founded in 2015. KSV Advisory provides restructuring advisory and formal insolvency services to companies and stakeholders, with experience across Canadian and cross-border mandates. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a global consulting firm, with KSV’s Toronto and Calgary restructuring practice expected to join AlixPartners TRS Americas at closing around June 1, 2026, subject to conditions. KSV Advisory acquisition includes leadership integration, with co-founders and partners joining AlixPartners in senior roles and continuing client work under the AlixPartners brand.
