Xylo Technologies Acquired by SciSparc — Healthcare M&A

SciSparc has completed the acquisition of Xylo Technologies, a medical devices business in Israel, for $3 million. Xylo Technologies develops endoscopic systems and medical cameras, including the MUSE single-use device for transoral fundoplication to treat GERD. SciSparc acquisitions focus on healthcare M&A by acquiring a portfolio of patents, trademarks, know-how, and related intellectual property rights tied to innovative endoscopic technology. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add-on acquisition, with SciSparc planning to start commercialization immediately after closing and expand licensing and distribution across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
