Pediatrix Acquires Tennessee Maternal-Fetal Medicine

Pediatrix Medical Group acquired Tennessee Maternal-Fetal Medicine, a Nashville-based maternal-fetal medicine practice. The acquired group includes four board-certified physicians and six advanced practice providers serving patients across five locations in Middle Tennessee.

After the acquisition, the practice will operate as Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists of Tennessee under the Pediatrix banner.
