WorkFusion Acquired by UiPath — Technology M&A

UiPath has acquired WorkFusion, a enterprise software business in New York, for $386.5M. UiPath acquisitions expand its agentic automation and orchestration platform by integrating WorkFusion’s pre-built AI agents for financial crime compliance, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) workflows.
