CMS Info Systems to Buy FSS ATM Business for ₹115cr

CMS Info Systems will acquire the Financial Software and Systems (FSS) managed services business for ₹115 crore to strengthen its end-to-end ATM management offering. The transaction includes transfer of operating assets and novation of customer contracts.

CMS expects the deal to close in Q1FY27. The acquisition adds 8,000 ATMs to CMS’s management solutions portfolio, taking it to 39,000 machines, and is expected to bring new private sector banking relationships. CMS said it has been pursuing consolidation in ATM management through acquisitions since September 2025.

CMS also provides cash logistics services for another 68,000 ATMs, which it cited as a basis for integration efficiencies as FSS operations are absorbed into the platform.
