WellBiz Brands Acquired by Transom — Consumer M&A

Transom has completed the acquisition of WellBiz Brands, a fitness wellness business in California. Transom acquisitions add a beauty and wellness franchisor platform with five recurring, membership-based brands, including Drybar, Elements Massage, Amazing Lash Studio, Fitness Together, and Radiant Waxing. WellBiz Brands operates more than 700 locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East, supported by a cross-brand digital marketing platform, supply chain management, and e-commerce capabilities. The platform acquisition is a private equity acquisition by Los Angeles–based Transom, focused on accelerating growth, improving profitability, and strengthening franchisee support to drive unit count expansion. Deal size was undisclosed, and the acquisition is marked as closed.
