Sunday PropTech Gets $286M for 38-Hotel Portfolio

Sunday PropTech has secured $286 million in financing to support the acquisition and repositioning of a 38-hotel U.S. hospitality portfolio totaling more than 4,000 rooms. The portfolio is tied to Studio 6 properties in Huntsville, Alabama; Charlotte; and Greenville, South Carolina.

The sponsor and its partner G6 Hospitality are taking control and rebranding the hotels. Sunday PropTech purchased eight hotels from a joint venture between Blackstone and Starwood Property Group in November 2025 for $31 million, and it closed on the remaining 30 hotels in a larger deal this month.

Citigroup provided $242 million of acquisition debt, inclusive of the November 2025 acquisition, and Access Point Financial also participated in the financing.
