Vilect Acquired by Done.ai — Technology M&A

Done.ai Group AB has agreed to acquire Vilect, a SaaS recruitment software business in Norway, for an implied enterprise value of about $0.8 million. Done.ai acquisitions bring Vilect’s cloud-based recruitment platform and software-enabled recruitment services for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting thousands of users and annual hiring workflows. The Vilect acquisition strengthens Done.ai’s AI-driven operating platform by expanding structured recruitment data for analytics and automation across HR processes in the Nordics. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, fully financed via a seller’s credit converted into newly issued Done.ai shares at SEK 16, with closing expected in the coming weeks subject to customary conditions.
