Valandinis Acquired by Civinity — Construction M&A

Civinity has completed the acquisition of Valandinis, a general contracting business in Lithuania, for approximately $1.26 million. Civinity acquires Valandinis, which operates a construction workforce platform connecting construction specialists with construction companies to plan human resources and source capacity for specific project stages. Valandinis acquisition supports flexible staffing for residential, commercial, and public building maintenance work across the Baltic region. The general contracting acquisition is an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition by Civinity, a strategic buyer that previously bought a controlling stake in January 2023 and completed the remaining 49% buyout in January 2026.
