Smart Crosby International Acquired by Henley Construction

Henley Construction Management Group, a specialist construction group, completed a management buyout alongside the acquisition of Smart Crosby International (SCI), an engineering and consultancy practice. The MBO was completed by long-standing senior team members Tom Cardoe, Jon Henley, Dave Cawley, and Jim Wenham.

The deal enables Henley’s founding directors, Shaun and Zoe Henley, to step back from day-to-day operations. The transaction combines Henley’s construction platform with SCI’s engineering and consultancy capabilities.
