VitalCaring Group has completed the acquisition of Traditions Health, a home health business in Texas, for $7.4 million. Traditions Health provides home health services, supporting skilled nursing and therapy care delivered in patients’ residences across Texas communities. VitalCaring Group acquisitions expand its home health acquisition footprint and strengthen geographic coverage in the state.
