A private equity acquisition consortium has acquired AppsFlyer, a enterprise software business in Israel, for about $3 billion. AppsFlyer is a marketing analytics and mobile attribution platform that tracks and measures online advertising campaign performance across devices, supporting digital ecosystem measurement in Tel Aviv. The enterprise software acquisition is expected to preserve AppsFlyer’s operating structure while monetizing its profitable growth, including more than $500 million in annual recurring revenue and positive cash flow.
