Tactics Acquired by Vintia — Technology M&A

Vintia has acquired Tactics, a enterprise software business in Belgium, for an undisclosed amount. Vintia acquires Tactics to add a specialised cloud platform for managing sports, youth and cultural activities for municipalities and local governments. Tactics acquisition strengthens Vintia’s all-in-one ticketing and booking systems, including memberships, payments and operational workflows, as part of the SALTO WECOSYSTEM. The Vintia acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition in technology M&A, with Vintia pursuing a strategic acquisition to expand scalable, integrated software capabilities for regulated leisure activity management.
