Lumine Group has completed the acquisition of Synchronoss Technologies, a SaaS business in Toronto, for $X. Synchronoss Technologies, incorporated in 2000, provides operator-branded personal cloud services and communications activation solutions for global telecom operators. The company’s cloud-first transformation supports communications service providers with scalable, Tier 1 operator offerings. The Lumine Group acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition within technology M&A, executed through a wholly-owned subsidiary as a strategic acquisition. Deal size was undisclosed, and the purchase closed on February 13, 2026.
