Onconetix to Acquire Realbotix in All-Stock Deal

Onconetix, Inc. has entered a definitive share exchange agreement to acquire 100% of Realbotix LLC in an all-stock transaction. The company links the acquisition to Realbotix’s participation in Ericsson’s live pre-standard 6G over-the-air trial.

In the trial, a Realbotix humanoid robot served as a connected endpoint transmitting video and interacting in real time over Ericsson’s test network. Onconetix expects the acquisition to close in the second half of 2026, subject to Onconetix shareholder approval, regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.
