Raselli Franco Group Acquired by Kering | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Kering has completed the acquisition of Raselli Franco Group, a manufacturing other business in Europe, for $115 million. Kering acquires Raselli Franco Group, an independent luxury jewelry manufacturer, to strengthen Kering Jewelry and expand manufacturing capabilities across Europe. Raselli Franco Group produces fine jewelry products for luxury brands, supporting Kering acquisitions in the jewelry value chain. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a global luxury group, with Kering taking an initial 20% stake and targeting full ownership by 2032 under a staged acquisition schedule.
