RedSail Technologies has completed the acquisition of PrimeRx, a pharmacy business in the healthcare technology software sector, for $314.0 million. PrimeRx provides pharmacy management software used by independent and multi-location pharmacies to run prescription management, point-of-sale, signature capture, and document and inventory workflows. The RedSail Technologies acquisitions strategy targets healthcare M&A opportunities in pharmacy acquisition software that can support clinical and operational efficiency. The other acquisition closed on February 5, 2026, with PrimeRx previously owned by TA Associates and the buyer backed by Francisco Partners and Leonard Green & Partners, reflecting a private equity acquisition of a long-standing technology provider.
