Frontera Ag to Acquire PlantSustain in Add-On Deal

Frontera Ag has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PlantSustain from Generation Food Rural Partners. PlantSustain develops plant and soil health technologies focused on crop resilience and more sustainable agricultural systems.

Frontera Ag plans to integrate PlantSustain into its existing biological platform, strengthening capabilities in plant resilience technologies, biological crop protection, and scalable biological crop solutions. PlantSustain is headquartered in Malaga, Spain, with field operations and trial networks across key agricultural regions globally. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.
