Optima Healthcare has completed the acquisition of PAM Healthcare, a healthcare services other business in the UK. PAM Healthcare provides occupational health and related preventative services for employers, supporting workforce wellbeing and risk management. Optima Healthcare acquisitions add PAM’s capabilities to its healthcare services footprint, strengthening healthcare M&A in the preventative care market. The deal is an add on acquisition under private equity acquisition activity, with LDC’s private equity arm completing its exit from PAM Healthcare.
