Optimum Healthcare IT Acquired by Infosys — Healthcare M&A

Infosys has acquired Optimum Healthcare IT, a healthcare it business in the US, for up to $465 million. Infosys acquisitions in healthcare focus on expanding provider digital transformation and clinical and operational consulting capabilities through Optimum Healthcare IT, a US-based firm founded in 2012. The healthcare it acquisition supports large-scale transformation for provider organizations using a delivery model and deep healthcare domain expertise. The add on acquisition is an all-cash strategic acquisition where Infosys will buy 100% of Optimum Healthcare IT equity, with upfront payments and earnouts, excluding management incentives and retention bonuses. The healthcare M&A is announced and expected to close in the first quarter of FY2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
