Molex Industrial Communications Business Acquired by HMS Networks — Technology M&A

HMS Networks has completed the acquisition of Molex Industrial Communications Business, a technology other business in Sweden, for $X. HMS Networks acquires Molex Industrial Communications Business to expand Industrial ICT capabilities in industrial information and communication technology. Molex’s industrial communications assets support connectivity for industrial automation and field networks, strengthening HMS Networks acquisitions in technology M&A. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by HMS Networks AB, with consolidation into HMS expected as of January 2, 2026, following an agreement signed on November 17, 2025.
