IndiCue Acquired by Cineverse | Technology M&A Deal

Cineverse has acquired IndiCue, a enterprise software business in Delaware, for an undisclosed amount. IndiCue develops digital video, audio, and connected TV advertising technology, including ad-serving, supply-side and yield-management tools for CTV, OTT, and online publishers. The platform supports programmatic and direct demand management, dynamic mediation, deal and campaign workflows, and reporting and forecasting for streaming and media owners. Cineverse acquisitions represent other acquisition technology M&A, expanding Cineverse’s enterprise software capabilities in DE acquisitions. The stock purchase agreement was executed with cash and Cineverse common stock consideration, with deal terms and closing timing subject to customary conditions.
