China Resources has acquired Hotel Cozi Oasis, a real estate services other business in Hong Kong, for $122 million. China Resources acquisitions target the hotel asset management and hospitality operations of Hotel Cozi Oasis, which is being positioned for conversion into student housing in Kwai Chung. The buyer’s strategic acquisition supports real estate services M&A activity tied to demand from non-local students, with plans for a roughly 900-bed facility. The announced other acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a state-owned conglomerate subsidiary, valued at HK$953 million, and is expected to close under the signed purchase agreement.
