Bulldog JV Buys 88 University Pl for $46M

CIM Group divested a Greenwich Village boutique office asset at 88 University Pl for $46 million. The property is a 100,000-square-foot Beaux-Arts office building with ground-floor retail.

A joint venture between newly formed Bulldog Real Estate Partners and Acram Group acquired the asset. Newmark arranged the sale and financing, representing the seller and procuring the buyers. The transaction was published in late March 2026.
