Strata Critical Medical has completed the acquisition of Strata Critical Medical, a healthcare services other business in New York, for $66.8 million. Strata Critical Medical provides time-critical logistics and medical services for the organ transplant industry, supporting donor organ recovery through an integrated “one call” network. The acquisition supports healthcare M&A by strengthening clinical perfusion and surgical services capabilities for transplant hospitals and organ procurement organizations across NY acquisitions. Strata Critical Medical also closed a secured asset-based revolving credit facility of up to $30 million, expandable to $50 million, to fund Strata Critical Medical acquisition and other acquisition growth, with owned aircraft excluded from collateral.
