Alantra has completed the acquisition of Health in Code, a healthcare IT business in Spain, for $155m. Health in Code provides technology-enabled services for the healthcare sector, supporting digital workflows and data-driven operations for providers and patients. Alantra acquisitions in technology M&A focus on scaling healthcare IT capabilities through a recapitalisation acquisition of the Health in Code platform. The closed recapitalisation acquisition is structured as €155m continuation fund financing led by a private equity buyer, aligning with Alantra’s private equity acquisition strategy.
