Fusion Hotel Group Acquired by SC Capital Partners — Consumer M&A

SC Capital Partners has acquired Fusion Hotel Group, a consumer other business in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for an undisclosed amount. Fusion Hotel Group operates 18 hospitality properties across Vietnam and Thailand, with about 3,000 rooms, and maintains a development pipeline exceeding 2,000 rooms. The company focuses on wellness-oriented hotel concepts and provides hotel management, brand development, and concept design, including branded residences. The SC Capital Partners acquisitions are structured as a platform acquisition under private equity acquisition plans, adding Fusion to a hospitality ecosystem that already includes Hotel Management Japan (HMJ) and Indonesian operator Topotels Hotels & Resorts. The combined platform is expected to manage roughly 16,000 rooms across Asia, supported by a team of more than 100 hospitality professionals, with the deal announced and terms not disclosed.
