Euro Environmental Acquired by Latus Group — Healthcare M&A

Latus Group has acquired Euro Environmental, a healthcare services other business in Doncaster, UK, as an add on acquisition. Euro Environmental provides occupational hygiene services including workplace exposure monitoring, indoor air quality testing, and noise assessments, plus related compliance support for UK organisations. Latus Group acquisitions expand its Hygiene division and broaden end to end workplace health solutions across the UK, complementing its occupational health, health surveillance, and wellbeing offerings. The private equity acquisition is Latus Group’s fourth since PE backing began in July 2024, supporting healthcare M&A platform scaling and continued year on year growth. Deal size was undisclosed and the acquisition was announced.
