Contextual Acquired by Southfield — Technology M&A

Southfield has acquired Contextual, a enterprise software business in Michigan. Contextual.io provides an AI orchestration platform that helps enterprises coordinate AI workflows, automate decisioning, and integrate models into production systems. Southfield acquires Contextual to strengthen AI orchestration capabilities for lower middle market customers and accelerate value creation through technology M&A. The Contextual acquisition is an add on acquisition under private equity acquisition strategy by Southfield Capital, with deal status announced and size undisclosed.
