Howmet Aerospace entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC (CAM) from Stanley Black & Decker for an all-cash purchase price of approximately $1.8 billion. The agreement was announced in the context of Howmet’s 2025 results reporting.
The filing also notes that Howmet acquired Brunner Manufacturing Co. in an all-cash transaction on February 6, 2026, and that it repurchased $200 million of common stock in Q4 2025 and an additional $150 million in 2026 year to date. Howmet reported full-year 2025 revenue of $8.3 billion and generated $1.9 billion of cash from operations.
