BrainsFirst Acquired by TMA — Technology M&A

TMA has acquired BrainsFirst, a enterprise software business in the Netherlands. BrainsFirst develops neuroscience-based, game-based cognitive assessment tools that measure decision-making ability and cognitive potential for talent identification and workforce insights. TMA provides an integrated talent management platform for employee assessment and development across the full lifecycle, including feedback, engagement measurement, and 360-degree reviews, with operations spanning the Netherlands, France, and the United States. The BrainsFirst acquisition is an add on acquisition within technology M&A, expanding TMA acquisitions backed by private equity and combining neuroscience cognitive data with psychometrics and behavioral insights. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is announced.
