Airentity International Acquired by Top Wealth Group — Technology M&A

Top Wealth Group has acquired Airentity International, a enterprise software business in the wine authentication and tracking space in the US, for $125 million. Airentity International develops a Wine Authentication and Tracking System (WATS) used by the wine trading group to verify provenance and monitor supply-chain activity. The technology M&A supports Top Wealth Group acquisitions by adding enterprise software capabilities to its public company acquisition strategy. The add-on acquisition is announced as a public company acquisition with a professional valuation of approximately US$125 million, targeting integration of WATS deployed in 2025.
