Advantus360 Acquired by Integrity360 — Cybersecurity M&A

Integrity360, a Dublin-based cybersecurity services provider, has acquired Calgary-headquartered Advantus360 in an announced add-on transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal brings Advantus360—founded in 2015 and focused on accredited cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients across Canada and the United States—into Integrity360’s expanding services footprint.

Advantus360 provides consulting and delivery across cybersecurity programs, including design, deployment, and ongoing support. For Integrity360, the acquisition represents an entry point into North America and a platform to build a regional services hub in Canada, with plans to broaden capabilities and operations over time. The combined offering is expected to give Advantus360’s customers access to a wider portfolio spanning risk and assurance, incident response and forensics, infrastructure and technology services, and managed cybersecurity services.

The transaction is positioned as part of Integrity360’s global expansion strategy, with the intent to scale Advantus360’s team and client coverage. No closing date or specific integration milestones were disclosed in the announcement.
