Walker & Dunlop Provides $75M for Worthington Apartments

Walker & Dunlop provided $75 million in acquisition financing to support Quest Management Group’s purchase of Worthington Apartments, a 612-unit garden-style multifamily community in Pikesville, Maryland, about 15 miles northwest of Baltimore.

The financing is structured as 10-year, fixed-rate, nonrecourse acquisition debt delivered through Walker & Dunlop’s agency financing arm. Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets’ Jonathan Zilber and Joel Chetner arranged the transaction, and the seller was not disclosed.
