WinWire Acquired by NTT DATA | Technology M&A Deal

NTT DATA has acquired WinWire, a managed services msp business in California, for $3 billion. WinWire is a Microsoft partner focused on agentic AI, AI on Azure, data engineering, and cloud-native development to operationalize enterprise AI. NTT DATA acquisitions aim to expand North America delivery capabilities by adding Azure engineers and AI specialists to scale cloud and AI services for CA-based and national clients. This add on acquisition is part of technology M&A by a strategic buyer, strengthening NTT DATA’s Microsoft GSI partner position and accelerating production-ready AI solutions. The WinWire acquisition was announced as a definitive agreement, with integration expected to support enterprise AI adoption at scale.
