W1M Wealth Management Completes Vermeer Partners Acquisition

W1M Wealth Management has completed its acquisition of Vermeer Partners following receipt of regulatory approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The deal was first announced in January 2026.

This transaction is W1M’s first acquisition after its July 2024 merger with Waverton and London & Capital and the subsequent rebrand to W1M in June 2025.
