Civinity Completes Valandinis Acquisition for €1.26M

Civinity has completed the acquisition of Valandinis, becoming its sole shareholder. Valandinis is a digital platform that connects construction companies with freelance construction specialists.

Civinity expects the move to speed investment in Valandinis’ development, add new services, and support steady expansion beyond Lithuania’s borders. The platform is designed to help firms staff specific construction stages quickly and to match artisans to projects, workloads, and schedules.

Civinity acquired a controlling stake in Valandinis in January 2023 for approximately EUR 0.54 million, then purchased the remaining shares for EUR 0.72 million, for a total acquisition cost of around EUR 1.26 million.
