The Jarrell Company Acquired by Construction Resources

The Jarrell Company, a Dallas-based luxury appliance, plumbing, and lighting distributor serving builders, interior designers, and homeowners in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and Lubbock, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Construction Resources Company, LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Eric Neel, president of The Jarrell Company, and his leadership team will remain with Construction Resources after the acquisition. The Jarrell Company operates kitchen and bath showrooms and is known for its iconic starburst sign near Greenville Avenue.

Construction Resources was acquired by The Home Depot in December 2023.
