Axiom Intelligence Acquisition has agreed to acquire Terra Quantum, a enterprise software business in Switzerland, for an equity valuation of approximately $3.5 billion. Terra Quantum AG, headquartered in St. Gallen, delivers quantum technologies, quantum security, and AI-driven optimization solutions using hybrid quantum-classical computing and proprietary quantum algorithms. Its enterprise-grade software platforms support customers across financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, energy, and government and defense, aligning with Axiom Intelligence Acquisition’s technology M&A focus on platform acquisition. The technology M&A deal is structured as a platform acquisition via a private equity acquisition vehicle, with the combined company expected to trade on Nasdaq under ticker TQ after closing of the definitive business combination agreement.
