FingerMotion has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Digital Landia Ltd., an enterprise software business in Singapore, to explore a North American marketplace initiative. FingerMotion operates mobile services and mobility data infrastructure, while Digital Landia builds proprietary AI technology and blockchain-based protocols to extend B2B platforms into B2C marketplaces. The proposed MVP would integrate Digital Landia’s protocol framework with FingerMotion’s data systems to support a North America market entry, including AI and blockchain architecture, performance monitoring, and data collection for monetization evaluation. This technology M&A is categorized as other acquisition activity, with due diligence and potential definitive cooperation agreement discussions targeted within about 60 days, subject to regulatory and commercial feasibility.
