TAO Digital Solutions Acquired by Cyient | Technology M&A Deal

Cyient has acquired TAO Digital Solutions, an enterprise software business in Santa Clara, California, for $218 million. Cyient acquisitions will bring TAO Digital’s data engineering, AI-enabled platform solutions, cloud services, and digital product engineering capabilities to support generative AI deployments and data platform modernization. TAO Digital Solutions serves automotive, high-tech, and healthcare customers across North America, India, Europe, and Asia, strengthening Cyient’s North America footprint. The technology M&A is structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition, with Cyient acquiring 100% of TAO Digital’s equity and group entities across multiple countries, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, with an expected close on or before September 30, 2026.
