Symmetry Systems Acquired by Zscaler | Technology M&A Deal

Zscaler has announced the intent to acquire Symmetry Systems, a cybersecurity business in California. Zscaler acquisitions will bring Symmetry Systems’ access graph technology that maps human and non-human identities, applications, and data connections to support AI agent communication governance. Based in California, Symmetry Systems correlates enterprise access logs from SaaS, public cloud, data stores, and AI systems to show which identities access which data and why. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Zscaler to extend Zero Trust Exchange capabilities for enforcing policies across millions of autonomous agents. Deal size is undisclosed, and the technology M&A is expected to close following customary conditions.
