StereoLabs Acquired by Ouster | Technology M&A Deal

Ouster has completed the acquisition of StereoLabs, a enterprise software business in California, for $16 million. Ouster acquires StereoLabs to expand physical AI sensing and perception capabilities, combining digital lidar, cameras, AI compute, sensor fusion, and perception software into a unified platform. StereoLabs provides AI vision and 3D vision for perception systems, with ZED stereo cameras shipped to 10,000+ customers and developer-used perception software. The Ouster acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and represent technology M&A led by a strategic buyer, with the deal closing on February 4, 2026. StereoLabs co-founders will continue leading the team to maintain product continuity and support the global customer and developer community.
