St. Joseph Medical Pavilion Acquired by Lincoln Property

Lincoln Property Company and PGIM have acquired the St. Joseph Medical Pavilion, a 99,503-square-foot outpatient medical building in Denver. The property is operated by Intermountain Health, with physician groups providing cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, ENT, and dentistry services.

The five-story facility opened in 2020 and is currently 82% leased. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
