Sila Acquires SMS Integrated Facility Services for Rs 270cr

Sila has acquired a 100% stake in SMS Integrated Facility Services from Samara Capital in an all-cash transaction valued at Rs 270 crore. The deal expands Sila’s business services footprint and strengthens its scaled, technology-led platform strategy.

SMS operates pan-India and serves more than 500 clients across sectors, supported by a workforce of over 21,000 employees. After the acquisition, Sila expects combined operations across over 125 cities with more than 50,000 employees, and consolidated revenue across facility management, food services, material handling equipment leasing, and real estate advisory to exceed Rs 2,000 crore.
