Skymor Sanford Acquired by PCCP | Real Estate Services M&A Deal

PCCP has completed the acquisition of Skymor Sanford, a real estate services other business in Florida, for $29.3 billion. PCCP acquisitions target Skymor Sanford, an 84-unit Class A build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community in Sanford, Florida within the Orlando MSA. The property is under construction in phased tranches and features 1,733-square-foot three-bedroom, 2.5-bath units with gated access, pool and cabana amenities, and on-site leasing and maintenance. As a private equity acquisition and platform acquisition, PCCP acquires the first completed eight-unit tranche and plans to finalize the full project by Q1 2027, supported by SIP’s strategic advisory across sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and negotiations.
