Trump International Hotel & Tower Acquisition | Real Estate Services Deal in IL

Goldstreet Partners has completed the acquisition of Trump International Hotel & Tower, a property management business in Illinois, for $1.5 billion. The mixed-use Chicago Riverfront property includes a 339-key hotel, 486 luxury condos, and about 70,000 square feet of retail space at 401 North Wabash Avenue. Prasino Cafe is leasing roughly 2,800 square feet at the riverwalk level, filling the first tenant gap in 17 years and supporting real estate services property management acquisition activity in Chicago. The other acquisition is announced, with retail access and site layout constraints limiting leasing progress since the tower opened in 2009. The Prasino location is expected to open in spring 2027, with additional openings planned in the Loop and Fulton Market.
