Kilroy Realty Sells Kilroy Sabre Springs for $124.5M

Kilroy Realty Corporation entered an agreement in December 2025 to sell Kilroy Sabre Springs, a three-building campus in San Diego’s I-15 Corridor submarket, and classified it as held for sale. The campus totals approximately 428,000 square feet.

The sale closed in January for gross sales proceeds of $124.5 million. In the same December period, Kilroy also completed the sale of Sunset Media Center for gross sales proceeds of $61.0 million and agreed to sell the remaining portion of land at Santa Fe Summit for $86.0 million.
